This chair was cheaper on Amazon than Home Decorator's Collection because at the time Amazon was offering free shipping. Has a slight rub in the leather on the left side due to shipping but nothing major and not worth sending back. Rich looking chair, comfortable, and totally affordable. Very happy with the purchase.

I received my chair today, it's a very sturdy chair it seems and the leather is pretty durable it seems.The color is a bit dark, and looks more brown than I would like, especially when it's suppose to be burgundy.It's the perfect size for a 6-00 person, with lots of room in it.I'm sure it will give me many years of service.The only issues is it's dark, more brown than burgundy, and It had styrofoam particles all over it, and under the cushion.I had to vacuum the whole house for the mess. A cheap bag over the chair would have helped a lot, or around the foam.It's a good big strong chair that looks good.Edit !!!!!OK, I have had my chair a few months now, it still looks good, but there is an issue now.The chair is hardly ever used, but I noticed today that it has some places on the inside of the arm.The vinyl seems to be separating from it's backing, and I assume they will tear off soon with any use of the chair.It's a shame to pay so much for a chair that has such cheap material.I'm not so happy.

I wanted a leather wing backed reading chair for the master bedroom - after a lot of research I decided on this one - and I am happy with my decision.Reasonable cost and easy to put together, it looks good and is comfortable to sit in - if you are reasonably tall person - I am 6ft.The seat height is slightly too high for a shorter person - my friend is 5Ft 2 inches and she has to curl her legs up to be comfortable. In that case the foot stool is recommended - which I will be buying once I have paid for the chair..
