By Longing for space
The chair (leather) portion arrived in good condition, we ordered two, although some small scuffs and scrapes, but fortunately not in the highly visible areas. The frames are another issue. They were in good condition however to attach them to the chair was more labor intensive because there not any starter holes in the chair frame for the wood screws. So be prepared to position the frames, mark the holes, then drill to allow assembly. I used a very sharp pencil to mark. You will notice that the markings may be on the leather or on the fabric that covers the bottom of the chair. Very difficult to see/locate the markings if they are on the fabric. For office furniture is comfortable enough and provides the look we were going for in our reception area.

I never imagined that the chair would be this comfy or this stylish. It is very firm but that was what I was looking for my bad back. I love the sleek lines and it doesn't look like anything you've seen in a waiting room or lobby area.
