We've had an interesting experience with this order. First, the delivery (Pilot) was not very satisfactory. Deliver window was 2-6pm and it was delivered at 8PM after multiple assurances that they were "20 minutes away". There were a few minor dings to the back of the unit from shipping. When it arrived-- surprise! it was dark brown, not tan. Amazingly, that is the color we would have chosen if we had known it was available. Overall, it is very comfortable. The only problem is that you really have to kick the footrest hard when getting out of the chair to keep it from popping out again.
