First off, the assembly of this chair was way easier than I thought it would be. Literally takes 60 seconds. The chair is soft and comfortable and the convenient cup holder buttons to open and close the chair, massage, turn the LED lights on, and keep drinks cold are the most awesome invention for a recliner I've ever seen.

The chair arrived very quickly and was well packed. It was a heavy package weighing in at 100lbs but we were able to unpack it in the garage to then carry into the house in two pieces. It is easy to assemble and has a long extension cord so the chair can be set virtually any where in the room. The chair is very comfortable but I wish the back was a bit taller. My husband is 6ft tall and his head is over the back of the head rest. Otherwise the features are great and the whole family has been enjoying the chair.

this chair came in very sturdy packaging. took my husband and i less than 20 minutes to put together. the longest part was opening the packaging. very well built and top quality. electric reclining smooth as can be. the massage is practically silent. this was surely a splurge, but soooo worth it. soft, comfy, and so fancy. no regrets
