This sofa is a nice size and looks pretty good in a room, but it has hardly any padding. Might work as a bed for someone who likes a really firm mattress, but as a sofa it's uncomfortable.

As other reviews mentioned, this is very hard, like a park bench.Pros:1. Very very easy to assemble. I managed to assemble it myself in less than 10 minutes.2. Extra long, 4 can easily sit in this. Also, this helps make a good long bed for people like me(6' guy).Cons:1. Too hard2. Doesn't support the neck, the back support comes only till my midback. So its tough to relax in this sofa.The day I assembled this piece, I went into costco and looked at a 3 seater sofa with reclining seats on the ends and it was only $440. I felt that if I was spending $270 for this, I could as well spend $440 and get the reclining sofa! So, that is what I did :)Bottom line: If you plan to use the sofa for atleast 30 mins a day, buy something else. This is not good for the task.

I read all the reviews and I was skeptical about what I would get. I have to say the value of this sofa is BEYOND expectations! It took me all of one minute to set up. Its absolutely beautiful, and in my opinion it is very comfortable since it is suppossed to double as a bed. It arrived in mint condition and I am estatic. I absolutely love it. It is stylish and multi functional and my friends will probably end up buying it as well.
