The three chairs arrived well packed with slipcovers. The black legs, however, had several small chips on them. The rest of the problems centered on the legs...screwing them in should be an easy exercise, but they screw in tightly at all sorts of odd angles that makes the curves of the legs make no sense. Turn them a little less, and the chair becomes wobbly. One leg has a long split in it. The cushions feel a little hard at first, but then you sink very comfortably into them. The bonded leather smells good, and the small chairs are substantive without overwhelming my office. The problem with the legs is not that noticeable, and I have already gotten several compliments on the chairs. I enjoy sitting in them and they add a nice atmosphere to the psychiatry office. Overall I'm pleased. I got the chairs at a lower price than listed, and with much lower shipping.
