First off i dont write reviews, I like reading others before I buy. But I had to write something on this because it was so AWFUL. I Had high hopes for this furniture. But the seller is awful with a even worse delivery company. Seller delivered a damaged sofa. The bottom cloth was shredded and the center beam was broken off. Utterly ridiculous, we stopped unpacking halfway once we realized all the damage. The delivery company will only delivery "curbside" so plz keep that in mind, they do not bring in. Keep in mind that you have to unpack the sofa outside before signing off the receipt in order to document damages otherwise they will not send a new couch. I found out the hard way and learned this company delivers numerous broken/damaged items. Just check BBB for all the complaints. They offered a full refund if i returned the sofa...right let me spend $800*-1000 for delivery charges on a $500 damaged couch you sent me to be in a bigger hole because of the damaged couch you sent. Seller offered a partial refund, 20%, which is nowhere near enough to get a professional to fix it. But the BBB complaints show this is typical of Furniture Creations. I Will never order again from them and I suggest you reading this review to stay away and go elsewhere to another seller and not from FURNITURE CREATIONS.

Two buttons have come offIt was shipped with a hole in the leather from the factory.When they packed it up they put a stapler in the side.They were very difficult to deal with over email.Don't every buy there products.

This couch is great. It is buttery soft and very comfortable. Great find for the price! I have two young boys and a large dog and it has held up great. The shipper was wonderful to work with as well. Just make sure you have folks to help you get the couch inside because the shipper will not bring it in.
