I paid $546 for this couch and for the price I would say it is a good buy.The only issue I had was with the shipping company. They did not call to make arrangements and it was delivered a day late. The only plus with the shipping company was the driver. When you don't day for shipping the driver is instructed to do curb side delivery. Well, I couldn't move a 190lb couch myself so the driver was nice enough to help. If it was not for him- the delivery company would totally suck!!Quaility- overall its pretty decent. It's pretty firm, but not stiff and uncomfortable. It arrived nicely packed ( I had to remove layers after layers) so it did not arrive with any damage.Company- I emailed them and received a prompt response, so no issues there.The only thing that was a negative was being delivered a day late. Other than that- I would recommend.

It's a little stiff but I chalk that up to it being new and not broken in. Word of warning: this couch would not fit through my standard 3' wide door frame until we took off the cardboard shipping material, of which there was a LOT.

Searched plenty of furniture sites/stores and this couch is the best bang for your buck (more comfortable and attractive than couches that go for twice as much). Shipped on time; delivery guy very courteous. Only complaint is that one of the wooden legs wasn't pre-drilled as the other three were; took 5 minutes to fix that, not a problem. This couch is VERY comfortable (very easy to sleep on), great size and the material is much better than expected. Maybe I should order another...
