The two recliners took about 20 minutes each to unpack and it was an easy assembly, except for the second recliner.Problem was that one of the four pedestals would not thread into the hardware that is in the base of the chair .It seemed that the female end of the assembly was installed crooked and not secure.It then took me two hours and a roll of tape by the time I contacted Amazon for return of the chair and the repackaging of that chair.The leather quality is good and I like the style of the recliners.The quality and cost of the chairs was a fair value, but not an exceptional good deal.The lesson I learned is that ,,In the future I will not buy furniture on line..I am still waiting on the redelivery of the chair with the defect.
